Refund Policy

Subscriptions to Jenni AI are recurring and you will be automatically billed once subscribed until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your Jenni account. 

In most cases, payments for Jenni AI subscriptions and enterprise licenses are not refundable.

If you are looking to downgrade your account before your next payment date, please login to your account and select Billing -> Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will no longer renew and you will not be charged again.

If you believe your case warrants a refund due to a bug or error in our product/service, we request that you schedule a call with our support team. During this call, we ask that you provide a demonstration of the issue. This policy allows us to address and resolve any potential errors, ensuring that our products/services remain at the highest standard.
